Khalli ("we") is a personal butler service based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This notice explains what we collect through the reservation form and how we use it. We keep it short and we keep it honest.

What we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp number.
• Your district, and — if you choose to add them — your address and a map location.
• Optionally, what you would use Khalli for most.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you on WhatsApp when Khalli opens in your area, and to understand where demand is so we know where to open next. Nothing else.

Your consent

We process this information based on the consent you give when you submit the reservation form. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Who can see it

Your details are stored privately and used only by the Khalli team to contact you. We never sell your data. Our website uses Meta's advertising pixel to measure how our ads perform (it may set cookies in your browser), but your reservation details are never sold or handed to advertisers. We don't send marketing — only a message when we open near you.

How long we keep it

Until Khalli opens in your area and we've been in touch, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your information at any time. Just email concierge@khalli.com and we'll take care of it.
